HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY PACKAGE?
$10 flat rate ground shipping for all domestic orders (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with USPS.
Free shipping for all orders over $100.00 USD
International shipping cost is $25.00.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED & SHIPPED?
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
2-3 business days. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number to track your package.
We ship to most international countries. Transit time varies from 5 – 10 business days. Glamourina shall not be held responsible for custom fees and import taxes on international orders.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All packages are insured. The insured amount may be equal or lesser than the value of your purchase.
MY TRACKING NUMBER LINK IS NOT WORKING?
Your tracking number is a USPS Tracking number. If your tracking number link is inactive, please copy and paste your tracking number HERE to track your package.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM?
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
IT’S BEEN A WHILE AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT DO I DO?

Glamourina does not hold or accept responsibility for missing, lost or damaged packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?
We hope you're going to love everything you order from Glamourina, but if you don't you can return it for free.
We're not able to offer an exchange on returned items and all returned items will be issued a store credit once they've been received by our warehouse. If you need a different size or color of an item, then you'll need to place a new order.
All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team is unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of wear) and we’re unable to put it back into stock, we may not be able to accept your return and we may have to send it back to you.
