HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY PACKAGE?
$5 flat rate ground shipping for all domestic orders (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with USPS.
Free shipping for all orders over $100.00 USD
International shipping cost is $25.00.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED & SHIPPED?
Processing Time: 1-2 business days
2-3 business days. All orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Once your order has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number to track your package.
We ship to most international countries. Transit time varies from 5 – 10 business days. Glamourina shall not be held responsible for custom fees and import taxes on international orders.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED?
All packages are insured. The insured amount may be equal or lesser than the value of your purchase.
MY TRACKING NUMBER LINK IS NOT WORKING?
Your tracking number is a USPS Tracking number. If your tracking number link is inactive, please copy and paste your tracking number HERE to track your package.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AN OUT OF STOCK ITEM?
If your order includes multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock: we will go ahead and ship the rest of your order, issuing a refund to your original form of payment for the item(s) not in stock.
IT’S BEEN A WHILE AND I STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT DO I DO?

Glamourina does not hold or accept responsibility for missing, lost or damaged packages. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered
WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
No Refund/Exchange Only
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 14 days of receipt if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

We accept exchanges on all merchandise within 14 days of delivery. Reversible Jackets must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any Glamourina hangtags and must approve inspection before exchange or store credit is issued. All exchanges are subject to in-person inspection and can be denied if the outlined exchange and return standards are not met.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
The customer is responsible for all shipping charges to complete the exchange process.
In the event that an alternative size/color is unavailable, a store credit will be provided.
