If your order does not qualify for free shipping, we offer our $5 flat rate ground shipping (offer excludes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands). All packages are shipped with USPS.

No Refund/Exchange Only
All products are sold “as is”. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued. You may contact us within 30 days from the purchase date if you wish to exchange your purchase for a product of equal or lesser value. If you choose to exchange your purchase for an item of lesser value, there will be no refund for the difference in price.
- Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached, including any Glamourina hangtags, attached.
- Any merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
- All footwear returns must include the original shoebox in its original condition, without postal labels.
- All swimwear returns must have hygiene liners still intact.
- Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.
